Stamps of Life Christmas Wreath Card

Today I am playing with my Stamps of Life, Stamp and die of the month, Hollywreath2.  Which can also be purchased separately (not as a subscription) if that is what you prefer.

To create this card, I started by stamping the wreath and bow onto X-press it Blending Cardstock using versa fine Claire, Nocturne ink.  Both images were then colored using my copic markers.

They were then cut out using the coordinating dies.  I used a piece of red paper cut to 4 x 5.25 inches to form a red boarder around the front of the card.  Next I found this awesome print paper in my stash and cut it to 3.75 x 5 inches and adhered to the red leaving a small boarder around the outside.  Next I glued the wreath using liquid glue and popped up the bow with foam squares.

The word "Joy" was stamped on white paper using clear pigment ink.  It was then heat embossed using gold embossing powder.    It was cut to a square shape and also popped up using foam squares.

Finally I added some gold pearls as an embellishment.  I hope you enjoyed this card!  I love how thee colors go so well together to create this striking Christmas Card.
