I never seem to do any Anniversary cards. Then I have people needing them and I don't have any made up. So today I decided to add to my stash of Anniversary cards.
I started this card with a white base card. Next I found some printed light blue designer paper in my stash that I thought would look pretty. I cut it to 5.5 x 4.25" and adhered it to the front of the base card using my Easy Glide Tape Runner. Next I cut the same size piece of white card stock and used the Altenew Circle Quilt Cover Die. Then it was adhered over the blue paper using Bearly Art Glue.
Next I used the Altenew Painted Blooms die set and and cut out the various flowers and leaves using light green, dark green, lavender and purple, three shades of pink, and yellow cardstock. I assembled the flowers and adhered them to the bottom of the card using liquid glue.
Next, I found this great Gemini Happy Anniversary Die with shadow in my stash. I cut the letters from the dark pink that I used for the flowers and the shadow from white cardstock. Both pieces were adhered together and popped up on the base card using foam squares. The final addition were the three enamel dots from my stash.
Here is the finished card once again:
I hope you liked this card and will give it a try yourself. Any sentiment could be used and you can easily change up the colors of the flowers and background to suite you.
