Spellbinders New Primrose Heart Facade Die Set - Day 3

 Today is the third and last day of my projects using the new Spellbinders Primrose Heart Facade die set which is a part of the Garden Shutter Collection by Becca Feeken.  

To create this card, I started with an A2 size white base card.        I then cut a piece of Brushed Gold cardstock to 5.5 x 4.25 " using my paper trimmer and adhered it to the front of the base card using Easy Glide Permanent Tape Runner.

Next, using my Spellbinders Glimmer Hot foil system and Gold Foil, I foiled my Spellbinders Guilded Nested Rectangles glimmer set onto white cardstock.  It was then cut with the Spellbinders, Gilded Nested Rectangle die set   using my Platinum 6 Die cutting machine.  This too was also attached to the card front using the easy glide tape runner. 

The flowers and leaves were cut from the Spellbinders Primrose Heart Facade die set from yellow cardstock.  Then I used Mustard Seed Distress Ink and inked the center of each flower, then I cut the centers from orange cardstock and glued them in place using Bearly Art Liquid Glue.

Next the flowers were lightly misted with water and shaped using the Sizzix Paper Sculping Kit   The leaves and flower bud bases were all cut from green cardstock, glued in place using liquid glue, and arranged in the upper left corner as shown in the photos.  

The sentiment and the heart from the die set were also cut from Brushed Gold Cardstock and glued to the front of the card as shown using liquid glue.  As a final touch, I added three Fashion Gold Embellishments to finish it off.
