Today's card is a great example of mixing the two brands. All products used are listed below with links to their web page for your convenience. I started with a FSJ Pool Play cardstock card base. The Spellbinders Grand Cabinet Die was used to cut the fancy frame and label from FSJ Whip Cream cardstock. I cut off the tabs and cut a small amount from both sides to fit onto the card base. I stamped the image from the FSJ Stay Cozy stamp set with Black Licorice ink and colored it using my copic markers. (colors used listed below)
I then carefully cut the stamped image to fit just inside the filigree area and glued in place. It is hard to see in the photo, but all the snow in the image was then coated with Spectrum Noir Sparkle Brush to give it some soft sparkle affect.
The sentiment was stamped with FSJ Black Licorice Ink and popped up with foam squares. Finally, I die cut the holly from the Spellbinders Nov. APG Die of the month using FSJ Kiiwi Slice cardstock and added flat back red pearls as the berries. (You can add any embellishment from your stash if you do not have the die of the month set. )
This Grand Cabinet die can be used for so many different projects. I cannot wait to experiment with more ways to use it!
