Today I am featuring the Stitched Die of the Month for May called the Stitched Balloon Card Front die. If you love the look of stitching on your cards, this is definitely one you will want to have in your collection!. It features stitched balloons making it a perfect birthday or celebration card. For this particular card, I used the GLOM-May 23 add on to foil the lettering on the front.
I started this with an A-2 white card base. I then cut a piece of light blue cardstock the same size as the card front and then used the DOMST-May23 to cut/emboss the front of the piece. This was then glued to the front of the card base. I then cut out several of the stitched balloons from different colored cardstock and stitched them with matching thread. They were then glued or popped up onto the front of the card. For the sentiment I used the GLOM-MAY23 Add On and Rainbow Confetti Foil which was cut out and popped up on the front of the card. I added the strings on the balloons with a fine line felt tip marker.
I hope you like this card. Be sure to stop back tomorrow when I will have another Spellbinders monthly club kit to show you! You can check all the club kits out by simply clicking here.
