Today I am pleased to share with you the new Die of the Month from Spellbinders entitled Layered Floral Card Creator. This is a beautiful die set that can be used for any occasion or type of card you would need. A definite must for any card making stash!
I decided to start with purple A2 sized base card to which I added a white cardstock mat. The largest die was cut from dark green cardstock and then I paper pieced the remaining parts of the die using the separate dies and various colors of cardstock from my stash. I added the small butterfly using purple ink and die cut it so that it could be glued to the front of the card.
The sentiment was created using foil and Yana's Special Sentiments Glimmer Plate. It was then cut using the matching dies and popped up onto the front of the card using foam squares.
