Today is August 1st and that means that Spellbinders has released its new club kits for August 2024. This week I will be showing my normal card kits along with 2 new kits that I will share. Today is one of the new kits for me, the Clear Stamp of the month and the Clear Die of the month both entitled Colorful Blossoms.
I really love this card. It turned out beautifully. I started to create this card by choosing and A2 white card base. I then stamped and colored the clear stamp onto X-press it paper and colored it using my copic markers. I chose to make them appear to be cherry blossoms by coloring them pink. I then used the matching die to cut out the image along with the sentiments which were stamped onto white paper and then cut out. I created the background by blending some Distress Ink, Stained glass onto the front of the base card. The image was then popped up onto the front over the inked area. I then added the sentiment below the image. As the final touch, I added some pink enamel drops from my stash.
