Stampendous Spring Collection Released at Spellbinders!

This month Spellbinders released some of their own products along with some  Stampendous  Beautiful Spring Collection.  This collection is full of butterflies, birds and spring florals to make beautiful cards.  Today I have three examples using 3 products from this collection.

These cards were so easy and fun to create.  I started with the center card.  I used an A2 white card base and added a frame of dark blue paper.  Then using the Stampendous Quick Card Backgrounds - Joy of Spring papers, I cut out a square using the Petite Picot Squares from Spellbinders.  I then cut a white piece of cardstock using the postage edge ovals and ink blended some light blue ink onto the oval.  Then I stamped the sentiment, bird, and ground, using the Stampendous Sweet Song stamp set.  This was then colored with copic markers and popped up using foam squares onto the center of the square piece.  I then added some blue gems from my stash to finish it off.

For this second card, I also started with a white A2card base and added a mat of some mauve colored cardstock.   To this I added a slightly smaller piece of the Stampendous Quick Card Backgrounds - Joy of Spring.  This paper is so pretty and makes creating backgrounds super eashy!  I then stamped my sentiment and image onto white cardstock using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black.  I  cut out the image using the Fancy Edge Rectangles and colored the flowers with my copic markers.  The rectangle was then popped up onto the front of the card using foam squares.  I added some pink gems from my stash as a final touch.

Once again this card started with a white A2 cardbase.  I then added the Stampendous Quick Card Background paper as a mat.  Then I cut  a blue and a white oval with the decorative edge with the Fluted Classic Ovals.  I cut the yellow plain oval from the same set.  The yellow oval was popped up using foam squares.  I then stamped the image  from the Stampendous Bird Song stamp set but only used the florals.  For the top floral I masked  off the pink flower and just stamped the 3 smaller flowers.  They were all colored with my copic markers and cut out using my Brother Scan and Cut.  But if you don't have a Scan n Cut these can easily be fussy cut.  I then added the sentiment to the center white oval with Cobalt Blue foil using my Glimmer Hot Foil System and the Stylish Script Thank You and Birthday glimmer plate.  Then the flowers were placed as shown in the photo and popped up where needed.  As a final touch, I decided to add some blue gems from my stash.

I hope  these cards inspired you and that you will give this collection a look.  You won't be disappointed!  You can see the complete collection here.
